Greetings,
Just a quick update. This maintenance has gone smoothly but is still considered in progress as we sort through complaints we've received this morning as people come into work. We're waiting to close the maintenance window until after we're sure we've vetted all customer reports of potential issues, as this was a rather large upgrade.

The good news is most reports (about 7 total) have been limited to single accounts and how a particular user is using a particular feature and are very minor or are misconfigurations that the upgrade has uncovered.

That said, the following two items are not working properly and have broad impact. We are posting them here to raise awareness regarding these issues and to note that we are engaged actively in working on them:

* When a user is part of a ring group and that user has call-forwarding enabled, the call-forwarding is not respected. (The call-forwarding is simply ignored, the callflow otherwise will still work)

* Caller ID Name on inbound calls is not always being delivered

We consider the above two items major and are continuing to work them with multiple team members. We'll update here once these issues are resolved

We will be upgrading some behind-the-scenes plumbing on our Doozy cluster for our first phase of our upgrade to 5.x. We expect no or minimal disruption to services during this period, but the maintenance window will be longer than normal due to the complexity of the upgrade.
